Expect to architect low-latency engines, implement high-performance features, and collaborate with traders, quantitative researchers, and product teams to improve execution tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience developing algorithmic trading or OMS.
• Strong knowledge of exchange mechanics and market microstructure.
• Proven problem solving under pressure with rapid decision making.
• Experience with inventory or clearing optimization is a plus.
• Bonus skills include Cloud platforms, Docker/Kubernetes, Kdb+/Q, or AI-assisted coding tools.
