Job summary

IO TECH SOLUTIONS LIMITED seeks a visionary Vice President of Java Engineering to lead the architecture, design, and development of our next-generation Order Management Systems and Electronic Trading Platforms in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

You will mentor senior Java engineers, drive microservices and event-driven patterns, optimize latency and memory, and ensure robust, compliant delivery across front-office and back-office trading workflows.

Qualifications

• Proven 10+ years in software engineering, financial domain preferred.
• Experience with OMS/EMS or algorithmic trading platforms.
• Strong knowledge of Java, concurrency, and memory models.

Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and implement distributed Java applications for order routing, execution, and position management.
• Drive latency reduction, memory tuning, and performance optimization across trading infrastructure.
• Mentor a distributed team and enforce CI/CD, testing, and code reviews.
