Job summary

IO Tech Solutions Limited is seeking elite C++ engineers to own market data ingestion and ultra-low-latency execution (APAC). You will design greenfield systems, optimize exchanges connectivity (HKEX, SGX, JPX, ASX), and work directly with quants and traders on the trading desk to drive PnL.

The role emphasizes high agency, ownership of entire data-to-execution pipelines, and collaboration with Tier 1/Tier 2 desks. Relocation support is available for Hong Kong or Shanghai-based candidates.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on C++ development in high-frequency trading or related field.
• Asset class experience in APAC execution trading (stocks, ETFs, futures) preferred.
• Willingness to relocate to APAC (Hong Kong or Shanghai) or work with relocation support.

Responsibilities

• Design and build low-latency market data feed handlers and execution gateways from scratch.
• Manage high-performance connectivity for APAC exchanges (HKEX, SGX, JPX, ASX).
• Collaborate directly with traders and quants to translate requirements into fast, reliable systems.
• Tune performance using modern C++ (C++17/20), lock-free structures, and kernel bypass networking.
• Own production systems in a live trading environment with strict deadlines.
