Job summary

First Point Group is seeking an experienced logistics professional in Hong Kong to oversee warehouse operations and project management. The role focuses on optimizing SOPs, leading client-facing projects, and ensuring high-quality implementation across a multicultural environment.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years in logistics with at least 3 years in supervisory roles, strong English communication, and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset to drive operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in logistics/warehouse operations.
• At least 3 years in a project management or supervisory role.
• Proven experience in client-facing roles and managing client projects; luxury brand clients a plus.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills in a multicultural setting.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, able to work independently under pressure.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• High sense of responsibility and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Process Optimization & SOP refinement to enhance operational precision and efficiency.
• Lead end-to-end project execution from planning to delivery and customize logistics solutions.
• Establish and maintain high-standard warehouse onsite management (e.g., 5S) protocols.
• Serve as main point of contact for clients and manage their needs and expectations.
• Facilitate cross-department communication and prompt issue resolution.
• Conduct regular assessments of warehouse capacity and implement improvement plans.
• Participate in annual budget planning, monitor costs, and optimize resource allocation.
• Foster a culture of detail-oriented and process-driven operations within the team.
