World-Link Logistics (Asia) Holding Limited is seeking a logistics coordinator in Tsuen Wan to support delivery operations, monitor orders, and ensure on-time delivery. Responsibilities include coordinating with internal and external parties, routing vehicles, managing product distribution, and handling inventory operations.

The role requires a DSE or above, at least 2 years of logistics experience, strong map-reading and communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Competenze

• Form 5 / DSE or above.
• At least 2 years' experience in distribution or logistics service.
• Good sense of direction for the streets of Hong Kong and good map-reading skills will be an advantage.
• Good interpersonal, communication, customer-oriented skills.
• Stable, Smart & Pleasant.
• Responsible and capable of work independently.
• Immediate available is an advantage.

Mansioni

• Prepare delivery orders and monitor the ordering process to ensure on time delivery.
• Maintain good communication between internal and external parties and arrange goods delivery.
• Assist the execution of delivery schedule by routing and scheduling vehicles, delivery teams, and driver's activities related to the distribution of products to customers.
• Handle inventory operation management.
• Prepare transportation and monthly report.
• Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned in customer service.
