Qualifications

• Diploma or Higher Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or related disciplines.
• Basic knowledge of logistics or distribution operations is an advantage but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support daily delivery and collection operations to ensure timely and accurate service execution.
• Coordinate with drivers, contractors, customers, and internal departments to maintain smooth distribution activities.
• Handle delivery documentation, reports, system updates, and operational records accurately.
• Assist in delivery enquiries, service issue resolution, and delivery help desk support.
• Support COD payment administration, reconciliation, and cash flow reporting.
