Zusammenfassung

Hon Chung Resource Integration Limited in Hong Kong is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to lead logistics coordination, ensure timely service delivery, and supervise a small team.

You will liaise with internal and external stakeholders, provide admin support to management, and handle ad-hoc duties. Immediate availability is preferred and a diploma plus 5 years' experience are expected.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma or above in any disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience in HR-related functions is an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills with tactful and effective problemsolving abilities.
• Responsible, detail-minded, self-motivated and pleasant.
• Proficient in PC skills including MS Word, Excel, English and Chinese word processing.
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese.
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.

Aufgaben

• Lead and coordinate all logistics arrangements to ensure the team delivers services according to the required timeline.
• Monitor and supervise the team’s performance to maintain smooth and efficient daily operation.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on daily operations.
• Provide professional administrative support to the team and management.
• Undertake occasional outside work is required.
• Perform additional ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor
