Qualifications

• 8–10 years logistics and shipping experience in commodity industry.
• Knowledge of L/C payments and bank documents.
• Experience using SAP; proficient Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Charter vessels, manage unloading and loading operations.
• Coordinate with warehouse delivery operations.
• Coordinate with Sales Account Manager on contract execution and pricing status.
• Set up and maintain a planned shipments calendar.
• Communicate with customers regarding payment and delivery terms.
• Monitor and reconcile stock positions.
• Monitor and reconcile timely receipt of funds.
• Receive and check L/C documents.
