Job summary

Shangri-La Group in Hong Kong invites a Bartender/Mixologist to join Lobster Bar & Grill on Island Shangri-La. You will focus on delivering exceptional dining experiences with timely, courteous and professional service.

At least 1 year of relevant experience in premium bars, knowledge of spirits and wine, and strong interpersonal skills are essential. English is required; Cantonese or Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in Hotels / Clubhouses / Premium Bars.
• Understanding of various kinds of spirits and wine.
• Customer-oriented and self-motivated team player with strong interpersonal skill.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English, fluent in Cantonese or Mandarin would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality service to guests and ensure their satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of the bar section before and after service according to Hotel standard.
• Gather guest feedback for continuous improvement of service.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.

About The Role
