Job summary

WeLab Bank is seeking a diligent collections professional to support daily recovery activities and manage repayment discussions with customers in a fast-paced retail lending environment.

Applicants should have at least 1 year of experience, good communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office. The role offers a collaborative, agile work setting in Hong Kong with growth opportunities within WeLab Bank.

Qualifications

• F5 above with minimum 1 year working experience.
• Experience in personal loans industry is an advantage.
• Good communication and telephone conversation skills.
• Familiar with MS Office (Word, Excel)

Responsibilities

• Handle face-to-face discussions with customers about repayment plans.
• Assist in daily collection activities and follow up collection actions with knowledge in bankruptcy and IVA claim procedure.
• Analyze overdue customers’ status and reporting.
• Communicate with external vendors for completing invoices and checks.
• Handle internal documentation and supporting work.
• Assist in ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
