Job summary

WeLab Bank in Hong Kong is seeking a credit risk professional to evaluate personal loan applications, review credit bureau reports, and assess credit quality in line with internal policies.

You will process applications, monitor loan portfolios, and help detect fraud, participating in initiatives to optimize operations. Higher Diploma or above with at least 2 years in personal loan products, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and a team-oriented mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or above.
• Minimum 2 years related experience in personal loan products.
• Self-initiative and good team player.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review customer's financial status, Credit Bureau Report, internal credit history to recommend approval decision for personal installment loan applications.
• Process credit applications according to credit policies and underwriting standards.
• Manage and monitor loan portfolio to ensure credit quality and full compliance of internal policies and lending guidelines.
• Perform verification to detect fraud and prevent fraud.
