Vistra is seeking an ambitious Associate in Hong Kong to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. You will report to the Associate Director and support client services for listed Hong Kong companies, including share registrations, corporate actions logistics, and AGM support.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, fluency in English and Chinese, strong interpersonal and client-service skills, and the ability to work under pressure. A hybrid work setup is offered with comprehensive benefits.

• Assist team leader in delivering client service for Hong Kong listed companies.
• Process share registration duties for listed clients.

Key responsibilities:

• A ssist the team leader in providing top notch client service to companies listed in Hong Kong
• Process share registration related duties in maintaining the register of members of listed clients
• Giving advices on timing and logistic arrangement for corporate action assignments for listed clients
• Support listed client’s General Meetings held in Hong Kong in handling shareholders’ registration and vote counting
• Carry out any other duties / projects that may from time to time to be assigned

Key requirements:

• Holder of bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; Fluent in Putonghua is an advantage
• Good interpersonal skills and customer service skills
• Self-motivated, well-organized and detail-minded
• Willing to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Prior experience in s ecurities in dustry is preferable but not essential
• Fresh graduates are welcome
