Job summary

Island Shangri-La, Hong Kong seeks a Captain - Cafe TOO to deliver exceptional dining experiences with timely, courteous and professional service in a luxury hotel setting.

The role requires at least 3 years in the hotel or F&B service industry, strong leadership and outstanding communication in English and Chinese; you will uphold restaurant standards, ensure cleanliness, gather guest feedback and support management in daily operations.

About the Role

As aCaptain - Cafe TOO, you will be focusing on delivering exceptional dining experiences by ensuring timely, courteous and professional service.
