The role requires 5+ years in life insurance or banking, excellence in communication, and the ability to work under tight timelines while ensuring accuracy and compliance. Proficiency in MS Office is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in any discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in life insurance or banking.
• Experience handling new policies, case submissions, and underwriting support.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with collaborators and partners.

Responsibilities

• Case processing & documentation control: collect, compile, review, and validate submission packs.
• Underwriting & issuance support: prepare illustrations and materials; coordinate from submission to issuance.
• Coordination & stakeholder management: liaison among clients, consultants, medical providers, bankers/trustees.
• Timeline & service-level management: monitor progress, track milestones, and elevate delays.
• Administration, reporting & cross-team support: manage policy follow-ups, maintain records, provide operational reporting.
