Job summary

Zurich Insurance in Hong Kong is seeking a professional to manage distribution partners of the Life Business. The role involves account management, sales growth, and maintaining relationships with IFAs and brokers.

The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree and have relevant experience in sales and distribution, ideally within the insurance or financial services industry. Strong communication skills in English and Chinese are essential.

• Be responsible for account management of distribution partners in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the account management of distribution partners of Life Business in Hong Kong
• Grow the Life Business by widening the local distribution through prospecting new IFAs and brokers
• Manage assigned accounts and generate sales growth to achieve sales target
• Build and maintain good relationships with IFAs and brokers
• Closely work with Distribution Support team and Underwriting team on handling NB/complicated cases
• Support the logistics of bespoke campaigns and coordinate the broker events
• Prepare and deliver presentation / training to IFAs and brokers to support business growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree holder with relevant sales & distribution experience in insurance / financial services industry
• We may offer Candidate the capacity of Assistant Manager to Manager, subject to their relevant experience
• Experience in IFA Channel and/or distribution management in insurance industry is preferable
• Ambitious in business growth with proven track record to build strong connection with distribution channel
• Good understanding of financial and investment market
• Good knowledge of traditional Life insurance products, as well as ILAS
• Basic knowledge of underwriting principles
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
