Job summary

Leadingnation in Hong Kong is seeking an on-site insurance sales lead to oversee operations alongside senior leadership and branch managers.

You will coach frontline sales, conduct joint meetings, and develop strategic sales plans to hit targets while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of banking experience in retail life insurance sales and coaching.
• Proficient in using insurance software and related tools.
• Strong sales orientation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English, Chinese and Putonghua.

• Support branch frontline sales in their insurance operations, providing guidance and expertise.

What we are looking for:

• Associateship / Membership related in insurance industry is preferred


• Professional certification in insurance (e.g. CPA, HKSI, IIQE, etc)


• Proficient in using insurance software and other related tools


• Strong sales driven, result-oriented with good communication skills


• Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
