Job summary

New World Facilities Management Company Limited seeks an experienced leasing professional for Youth Square in Hong Kong. You will develop and implement leasing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue targets, and identify, approach and secure prospective tenants for retail shops, office units, kiosks, pop-ups and other commercial spaces.

Maintain a strong pipeline through networking, referrals, and inspections; monitor market trends and rental benchmarks, and prepare rental analyses,

Qualifications

• Degree required in Real Estate, Property Management, Surveying, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 4–6 years' solid experience in handling retail property leasing and legal documents.
• High proficiency in English, Cantonese and Putonghua.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement leasing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.

• Maintain close communication with existing tenants and stakeholders.
• Prepare and support documentation related to tenancy agreements and lease renewals and ensure all documents comply with company policies and approved leasing terms.
