Job summary

Henderson Land Development Company Limited 恒基兆業地產有限公司 in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced leasing professional to develop and execute leasing and tenant mix strategies for a portfolio of premier retail and commercial properties.

You will manage leasing liaisons with internal and external partners, conduct market research, prepare leasing reports, and lead negotiations to maximize occupancy and rental income.

Qualifications

• Degree in Real Estate, Business or related disciplines.
• Minimum 8 years' relevant experience, preferably with major developers.
• Proven track record in identifying tenants for premium leasing portfolio.
• Proactive with good market sense.
• Excellent negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.

Requirements:
