Job summary

Kwai Hung Realty Company Ltd in Hong Kong is seeking a Leasing Manager / Assistant Leasing Manager to lead the leasing team, allocate daily workflow, monitor performance, and drive efficiency to meet business targets. You will manage leasing across assigned property portfolios, develop strategies to boost occupancy and rental growth, and oversee lease administration and documentation.

• Degree in Real Estate, Surveying, Business, or property-related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in commercial and residential property leasing.
• Familiar with leasing procedures and property management operations.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proficient in English and Chinese, written and spoken.

Coordinate with property management and technical teams on premises takeover/handover procedures, fitting-out, renovation works, and asset enhancement initiatives.

Requirements:
