Henderson Land Development Company in Hong Kong seeks an experienced Leasing Manager to lead leasing strategy and tenant mix for a premium retail and commercial portfolio. You will drive occupancy and rental income while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to close lettings.

The role requires a degree in Real Estate or related field and at least 8 years’ experience with major developers, plus strong negotiation and bilingual English/Chinese communication.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Real Estate, Business or related disciplines.
• Minimum 8 years’ relevant experience, preferably with major developers.
• Proven track record in identifying tenants for premium leasing portfolio.
• Strong networks with property agencies, retailers and F&B operators.
• Excellent negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.

Aufgaben

• Assist to develop and execute leasing and tenant mix strategies to maximize occupancy and rental income for the assigned portfolio of quality retail and commercial properties
• Manage and handle all leasing liaisons and coordination with internal and external parties including tenant management, leasing enquiry, pre-leasing administration, new lettings, rent reviews, leasing negotiation and documentation of the leasing proposal
• Conduct market research & analysis periodically and compile leasing reports
