Job summary

Savills Property Management Limited in Hong Kong is seeking an Assistant Manager / Senior Leasing Officer (Retail) to oversee daily leasing activities for a premier shopping mall on HK Island. You will manage leasing enquiries, negotiations and tenancy administration, while expanding the client base through targeted marketing and networking with retailers and brokers.

Strong English and Chinese skills are required to liaise with internal teams and external partners.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Business / Real Estates or related disciplines.
• At least 3 years' relevant experience in property leasing.
• Strong networks with potential retail tenants and real estate agents.
• Good negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily leasing activities including enquiries, direct marketing, cold calling and lease negotiation for a shopping mall in HK Island.
• Explore new clients through business connections and events.
• Handle leasing and tenancy administration for assigned retail portfolios.
• Provide tenant services, liaison and tenancy administration.
• Work with internal and external parties for promotion campaigns.
