Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related property discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in overseeing budget, operational controls, system/workflow revamp, or auditing, preferably in property development.
• Solid experience in leasing system and guideline design and development is an advantage.
• Strong sense of control with knowledge in system and workflow streamlining.
• Able to work under pressure and committed to long-term career growth.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Good command of both written English and Chinese.
• Willing to travel and undertake field work.
