Job summary

EBC Tech Limited is seeking a Learning & Talent Development Manager to drive employee growth, leadership development and talent initiatives across the organisation. You will design onboarding, mentorship and development programmes and partner with business leaders to identify capability needs.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in L&D or HR, strong communication and project management skills, fluency in English and Chinese, and experience in fast-growing tech or FinTech environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, HRBP or Organisation Development.
• Experience in leadership development, talent management or employee development programmes.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and project management skills.
• Proficient in English and Chinese.
• Experience in AI, Technology, SaaS, FinTech or fast-growing companies (preferred).
• Experience building learning and talent development programmes from scratch (preferred).
