Job summary

EBC Tech Limited is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition lead to drive full-cycle recruitment across global markets. You will partner with hiring managers to understand needs, design sourcing strategies, and manage international hiring projects from design to offer.

You will build strong talent pipelines, conduct market intelligence and salary benchmarking, and support the company's global expansion with strategic hiring initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Talent Acquisition or Recruitment experience.
• Proven experience in international or cross-border recruitment.
• Strong end-to-end recruitment management experience.
• Demonstrated success hiring across multiple countries and regions.
• Strong sourcing and talent mapping capabilities.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Strong command of spoken and written English.

About the role

Lead full-cycle recruitment for positions across global markets, managing recruitment projects for both individual contributor and leadership-level roles. Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and workforce planning requirements, developing and executing effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent globally while driving hiring excellence and ensuring quality, efficiency, and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
