Job summary

Classy Wheeler Limited is a leading technology services provider seeking an IT Project Manager to lead end-to-end infrastructure initiatives at the Airport location. You will define goals, scope, and budgets, and coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure high availability and security.

The role requires 5+ years in IT project management, strong system administration, middleware, and enterprise architecture expertise, plus fluency in English and Chinese. On-site work is expected.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of IT project management experience with a proven track record in infrastructure projects.
• Strong expertise in system administration, middleware solutions, and enterprise architecture.
• Experience managing multiple infrastructure projects involving Linux, Windows Server, virtualization, web services, and databases.
• Knowledge of IoT systems or Extra-Low Voltage is highly preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English and Chinese; able to work on-site at Airport location.

Job Description

• Define project goals, scope, and deliverables while developing detailed project plans and budgets.
• Oversee the implementation of IT infrastructure to ensure high availability, security, and performance.
• Manage project resources, timelines, and budgets to ensure strict adherence to standards and best practices.
• Identify and mitigate project risks effectively to ensure timely resolution of all issues.
• Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and key stakeholders to ensure overall project success.

• Lead system maintenance support activities and ensure ongoing operational stability.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information and Communications Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Five or more years of IT project management experience with a proven track record in infrastructure projects.
• Strong expertise in system administration, middleware solutions, and enterprise architecture.
• Proven ability to manage multiple infrastructure projects involving Linux, Microsoft Windows Server, virtualization, web services, database systems, and high availability solutions.
• Professional experience or knowledge in application development, Extra-Low Voltage systems, or Internet of Things system implementation is highly preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, responsible, and capable of working effectively under high pressure.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Ability to work on-site at the Airport location.
