Job summary

Classy Wheeler Limited is a leading technology services provider seeking an IT Project Manager to lead end-to-end infrastructure initiatives at the Airport location. You will define goals, scope, and budgets, and coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure high availability and security.

The role requires 5+ years in IT project management, strong system administration, middleware, and enterprise architecture expertise, plus fluency in English and Chinese. On-site work is expected.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of IT project management experience with a proven track record in infrastructure projects.
• Strong expertise in system administration, middleware solutions, and enterprise architecture.
• Experience managing multiple infrastructure projects involving Linux, Windows Server, virtualization, web services, and databases.
• Knowledge of IoT systems or Extra-Low Voltage is highly preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English and Chinese; able to work on-site at Airport location.

• Define project goals, scope, and deliverables with detailed plans and budgets.
• Oversee IT infrastructure implementation ensuring high availability, security, and performance.
• Manage resources, timelines, and budgets to meet standards.
• Identify and mitigate risks to ensure timely resolutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders for project success.
• Maintain documentation and generate regular analytical reports.
• Lead system maintenance and ongoing operational stability.
