Project Manager (Communications Engineering)
Responsibilities
- Implementation and management of various multimedia and content management systems in the existing terminal in Hong Kong International Airport.
- Extend different display systems including backend systems and frontend devices in the new Terminal 2 Building and Third Runway Concourse.
- Manage newer technology projects such as video analytic, robotic or IoT for various sizable system implementations.
- Ensure that all ICT and engineering projects which include various airport systems, multimedia systems, content management systems, and other new IT display systems are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
- Develop detailed project plan to monitor and track progress in the full project development life cycle.
- Manage the relationship with the client, partners and third parties/vendors.
- Assign and allocate project tasks to junior staff members and manage team members’ performance regularly.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
- Assist in presales solutioning.
Senior Consultant (Communications Engineering)
Responsibilities
- Implement and support the Airport Multimedia system, IoT Sensor system, Digital Signage and related IT systems in Airport environment.
- Support newer technology systems including video analytic or robotic for various sizable system implementations.
- Work with end user to translate all the operational and business requirement into technical specification.
- Coordinate the system, and perform SIT and UAT to ensure the new functions and features of the enhancement are aligned with user requirement.
- Provide system support of incidents in a timely manner and perform problem management to resolve issue permanently with root cause analysis.
- Attend regular meetings with project team to review incidents, change requests, system enhancement and to propose improvement areas of the system.
- Participate in the development of increasing IT systems to cope with the airport expansion road map for third runway.

Requirements
- Degree holder in ICT, Engineering or other related disciplines.
- At least 8 years working experience with 5 years or above in project management of ICT or Engineering systems.
- Experience on medium to large scale project implementation with at least going through one full project development life cycle.
- Project experience in any of the system implementation in multimedia, content management, video analytic, robotic or IoT system.
- Familiar with field device installation process in construction sites.
- Project management experience in Airport systems is an advantage.
- Self‑initiative, responsible, good interpersonal & communication skills and able to work under pressure.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
Senior Consultant (Communications Engineering)
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma holder in Information Technology, Engineering or equivalent.
- 5 years or above IT working experience with at least 2 years in requirement analysis, project planning, system implementation and support in the project development life cycle.
- Experience and skill in Linux/Windows administration, basic scripting skill to support the system operation.
- Experience and skill in Windows administration to support front‑end hardware devices such as window media player device, finger print or sensor interfacing would be an advantage.
- Solid Experience on user management, user acceptance test and documentation.
- Self‑initiative, responsible, good interpersonal & communication skills and able to work under pressure.
- With passion in developing future career growth in aviation industry.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Outside office hour support is required in case of emergency or scheduled maintenance.
