Job summary

Leadingnation seeks an experienced Enterprise Architect to lead design and development of solution architectures across software, data, integrations, infrastructure, and security for large-scale pension transactions.

You will translate objectives into capability maps, set standards, mentor teams, drive modern patterns like microservices and Kubernetes, ensure compliance, and partner with stakeholders to align roadmaps with business goals and risk controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or engineering is required.
• 8+ years in IT with 4+ years in solution/enterprise architecture.
• Experience designing scalable systems for millions of users in regulated environments.
• Strong knowledge of pension platforms and regulatory compliance.
• Fluent in English and Cantonese; Putonghua a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of architecture across software, data, integrations, and security.
• Define standards and review target-state alignment across applications and platforms.
• Mentor junior architects and developers to foster knowledge sharing.
• Drive agile/DevOps practices and manage vendor integrations.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and security-by-design across solutions.
