Job summary

Leadingnation in Hong Kong is seeking a Contract Solution Architect to lead architecture and system analysis for securities and post-trade platforms. You will translate business needs into scalable solutions and design architecture roadmaps aligned with objectives.

You will collaborate with development, infrastructure, and business teams, conduct reviews, and ensure compliance with security and governance standards across multiple workstreams.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Solution Architect, Senior System Analyst, or related architecture role
• Strong knowledge of securities services, capital markets, or post-trade operations
• Experience working with investment banks, custodians, or financial institutions is preferred
• Background from organisations such as BNP Paribas, BNY Mellon, J.P. Morgan, State Street, CITIC, or similar firms is advantageous
• Proven experience delivering project-based technology initiatives
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and solution design capabilities
• Experience within multinational corporate environments is highly preferred
• Understanding of system integration, enterprise architecture, and application design principles

Responsibilities

• Lead solution architecture and system analysis activities for securities and post-trade platforms
• Gather business and technical requirements from stakeholders and translate them into scalable solutions
• Design architecture frameworks and technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives
• Support project delivery across multiple workstreams within securities processing and settlement domains
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and business teams throughout the project lifecycle
• Conduct solution reviews and provide recommendations on system enhancements
• Prepare technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and implementation guidelines
• Ensure solutions comply with operational, security, and governance standards
• Participate in project planning, estimation, and risk management activities
