Job summary

TEKsystems in Hong Kong seeks a seasoned Solution Architect to own the end-to-end architecture lifecycle across large financial systems. You will drive architectural decisions across stakeholders, technology teams, vendors, and business units to ensure delivery success.

The role requires 6+ years in solution architecture, with hands-on end-to-end delivery experience, and a strong background in banking or financial services. Strong communication and governance skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in solution architecture, with end-to-end delivery experience.
• Experience leading architecture for large-scale enterprise applications, including requirement gathering, design, systems integration, data migration, governance, and vendor management.
• Experience in banking, insurance or financial services is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of software architecture principles, Agile and DevOps, and technologies such as Java, .NET Core, React, and Kong.
• Ability to balance business, operational, and technical considerations when defining enterprise solutions and target-state architectures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements

• Experience in banking, insurance or financial services is highly preferred.
