Job summary

Omnichat, a HK-based tech startup and META partner, seeks a technical project manager to lead end-to-end custom integrations and enterprise deployments. You will be the operational bridge among Clients, Sales, Customer Success, Product and Engineering, translating requirements into precise technical scopes, managing cross-functional stakeholders and third-party vendors to deliver on time and within scope.

Proficiency with RESTful APIs, OAuth, webhooks, data flows and PM tools is essential,

Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical/software project management experience.
• 2+ years of client-facing technical consulting in SaaS.
• Understanding of RESTful APIs, Webhooks, OAuth, JSON payloads, and basic database structures.
• Ability to read and interpret API documentation and data flow diagrams.
• Understanding of how custom middleware and integration acts as a bridge between core SaaS platforms and enterprise third-party systems (e.g., CRMs / Loyalty APIs).
• Hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum, Kanban or Waterfall frameworks.
• Proficient in project management platforms (Jira, Confluence, Asana) and technical diagramming tools (Lucidchart, Miro, Draw.io).
• Ability to navigate project boundaries and hold a firm line on out-of-scope client requests while maintaining strong relationships.
• Skilled at converting complex technical constraints into clear business-focused outcomes for non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to manage third-party vendors and lead contract terms negotiations, including SOWs, SLAs, and performance metrics.
• Ability to leverage AI and tools to streamline daily workflows, summarize technical documentation, draft project artifacts, and accelerate decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end execution of custom technical solutions and enterprise integrations to drive client success.
• Serve as the primary operational bridge connecting clients, Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering.
• Partner with Solutions Engineers to translate business requirements into precise technical scopes and timelines.
• Own overall project orchestration, manage cross-functional stakeholders, and ensure deployments are delivered on scope and on schedule.
• Lead the technical onboarding and operational management of third-party vendors.
• Drive vendor performance and enforce SLA compliance, holding vendors accountable for custom solutions.
