Job summary

Omnichat, a Hong Kong–based venture-backed Chat Commerce platform, seeks a bilingual marketing communications specialist to create English/Chinese content for blogs, social media, newsletters, and presentations. You will drive content marketing strategies to generate leads and work with designers, videographers and editors to produce multimedia content across channels.

They require a degree in Marketing/PR and 3+ years in content marketing, with strong English, Cantonese and Mandarin skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing / Communications / Journalism / PR / English.
• Minimum 3 years in content marketing or copywriting, IT/ software preferred.
• Proven track record in content creation and optimisation.
• Able to work independently under tight deadlines.
• Excellent written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Digitally savvy with strong organisational and multitasking skills.
• Experience considered for Senior Marketing Communications Executive.

Responsibilities

• Create bilingual content (English and Chinese) for blogs, social media, newsletters, websites, decks and promotional materials.
• Implement content marketing strategies to generate leads.
• Proofread and polish copywriting work as required.
• Review and analyse content performance to refine strategies.
• Collaborate with designers, videographers and editors across channels.
• Assist in events and ad hoc projects when needed.
