Job summary

Selby Jennings is seeking a Business Analyst/Integration Consultant to lead end-to-end integrations between clients, logistics partners, and internal platforms. You will act as a liaison between technical and business teams, ensuring smooth onboarding, system connectivity, and ongoing performance.

The role requires API experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with English, Cantonese and Mandarin language proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and integration of clients via APIs, web portals, SFTP, and e-commerce plugins.
• Serve as primary contact between customers, internal teams, and external partners during projects.
• Coordinate activities from requirements gathering through testing and rollout.
• Design scalable integration processes and solutions.
• Maintain and enhance platform integrations and resolve issues related to APIs and data formats (JSON, CSV).
• Document incidents and manage system setup; translate business needs into technical solutions.
