Job summary

The Bank of East Asia, Limited (BEA) is seeking a Team Head of Relationship Management for Personal Banking in Hong Kong. You will lead a branch-based sales and service team to identify customer needs, match suitable products, and drive revenue while ensuring adherence to policies and regulatory guidelines.

The role requires a university degree with finance qualifications, extensive banking experience in sales, and strong English/Chinese communication.

Qualifications

University graduate, CFMP/CFP preferred.
Passed HKSI Licensing Examination or Exempted/Qualified Securities Dealer.
Passed MPF and Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examinations.
Minimum 6 years banking experience with 5+ in sales/marketing in retail banking.
HKIB qualification is an advantage.
Strong knowledge of retail banking products and services.
Able to lead a team and ensure excellent service.
Fluent in English and Chinese; Putonghua an advantage.

Responsibilities

Implement business plans to lead team to achieve preset sales targets and objectives.
Generate new business for the branch.
Identify customers’ needs and match their needs with appropriate products and services.
Provide high quality customer service and professional advice in the best interests of customers.
Ensure branch sales are in compliance with the Bank’s policies, procedures and regulatory guidelines.
