The Bank of East Asia, Limited (BEA) is seeking a Team Head of Relationship Management for Personal Banking in Hong Kong. You will lead a branch-based sales and service team to identify customer needs, match suitable products, and drive revenue while ensuring adherence to policies and regulatory guidelines.
The role requires a university degree with finance qualifications, extensive banking experience in sales, and strong English/Chinese communication.
Implement business plans to lead team to achieve preset sales targets and objectives
Generate new business for the branch
Identify customers’ needs and match their needs with appropriate products and services
Provide high quality customer service and professional advise in the best interests of customers
Ensure branch sales are in compliance with the Bank’s policies, procedures and regulatory guidelines
University graduate, preferably with CFMP or CFP qualification
Passed in the Hong Kong Securities Institute Licensing Examination or an Exempted / Qualified Securities Dealer
Passed in the MPF and Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examination
Minimum of 6 years' solid experience in banking sector, with at least 5 years of sales and marketing position in retail banking field
Relevant HKIB qualification is an advantage
Sound knowledge in retail banking products & services and able to lead a team to ensure excellent services are provided
Strong technical knowledge of the Bank’s products and services
Good understanding of relevant branch policies, procedures, practices, rules and sales compliance requirements
Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese, knowledge of Putonghua will be an advantage
