Job summary

Sanderson-iKas Hong Kong is seeking a seasoned Project Manager for a major transformation in the Commercial Banking division. The role will drive strategic projects focusing on process improvement, system implementation, digital initiatives, and operational excellence.

You will partner with senior stakeholders across business, operations, technology, risk, and compliance to deliver impactful change programmes, leading end-to-end delivery and ensuring governance and business readiness.

Qualifications

• Work experience in the banking sector.
• Proven project management experience delivering medium-to-large scale transformation projects.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills, with fluency in English and Cantonese.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery across commercial banking business and operational functions.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and resource allocation to ensure successful execution.
• Partner with business, operations, technology, legal, compliance, and audit teams to maintain strong project governance.
• Drive process re-engineering, workflow optimisation, and business transformation initiatives.
• Conduct change impact assessments and ensure business readiness for project implementation.
