Accenture is seeking a Senior Manager in Banking within Strategy & Consulting in Hong Kong. You will partner with C-suite clients on transformation agendas, co-create viable solutions, and define business cases with delivery teams to maximize client value.

You will mobilize teams, lead workshops, and drive adoption of modern tech solutions while shaping strategic business and technology visions for complex transformations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years professional experience in consulting and/or banking.
• Experience in transformation/change functions across Retail Banks, IB, Wholesale banks and private banks.
• Minimum of 8 years' experience delivering and implementing complex transformation programs.
• Leading workshops with business and technology stakeholders.
• Ability to work with Accenture Client Account Leads to create opportunities and solutions.
