Job summary
Protiviti Hong Kong is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support large-scale transformation initiatives within Commercial Banking. You will partner with stakeholders across Front Office, Operations, Compliance, Risk, and Technology to drive process optimisation and digital transformation including client onboarding enhancements and regulatory change initiatives.
The role requires 5+ years of BA experience in banking or consulting, strong requirements gathering and Agile delivery skills,
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or related discipline.
- 5+ years of Business Analysis experience within banking, financial services, fintech, or consulting.
- Strong experience in Commercial Banking transformation programmes.
- Experience in digital transformation, onboarding, lending, wealth management, or related initiatives.
- Proven requirements gathering, process mapping, gap analysis, and stakeholder management.
- Experience working in Agile environments and with Jira/Confluence/Visio.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Commercial Banking stakeholders to understand objectives and transformation opportunities.
- Gather, analyse, and document business requirements, user stories, and process flows.
- Conduct workshops and stakeholder interviews across Front Office, Operations, Compliance, Risk, and Tech.
- Analyse current-state processes and identify automation and efficiency opportunities.
- Support onboarding, KYC/CDD, lending, and client management platforms throughout delivery.
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Product Owners, UX, and Technology teams.
- Perform gap analysis, impact assessments, and solution evaluation for decision making.
- Support Agile activities including backlog grooming, sprint planning, SIT, UAT, and release.
