You will lead development of new test solutions, hardware and software, test algorithms, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Qualifications

• MSc/PhD in Microelectronics, electronics, electrical engineering, Physics or Computer Science
• At least 2 years in semiconductor testing field or relevant
• Knowledge in the semiconductor backend ecosystem including product test, yield engineering and failure analysis

• Explore new test technologies for 3rd Gen power semiconductors.
