Job summary

People Profilers Pte Ltd seeks a senior leader to head Failure Analysis for automotive electronics. You will lead analyses, develop lab strategies, and standardize FA techniques to speed up investigations while coordinating with local and global teams.

PhD in Materials or related field with 5–7 years in semiconductor/auto electronics FA preferred. Strong leadership, analytical and communication skills are essential to guide technicians and improve lab capabilities.

Qualifications

PhD in Material science or Master/Bachelor in Electronics/Mechanical/Physics/Material Science.
5–7 years’ experience in semiconductor or automotive electronics manufacturing preferred.
Experience with failure analysis tools/methodologies and lab handling.

Responsibilities

Lead and perform analyses of automotive electronics products.
Develop strategies and implement methods in the Lab for Failure Analyses and Tear down.
Standardize FA techniques to speed up analysis.
Synergize FA activities with local and global teams as needed.
Lead FA technicians on elemental & metallurgical analyses and other FA methods.
Improve FA lab capabilities in 4M aspects.
Demonstrate Failure Analysis capabilities to customers.
