Job summary

Talentvis Singapore Pte Ltd. is seeking a Senior Associate Engineer to join a leading global semiconductor equipment manufacturer in Hong Kong.

You will support equipment testing and ongoing process improvements for advanced microelectronics assembly systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize performance. The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of hands-on experience in semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing and strong diagnostic skills.

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Electronics Engineering.
2–4 years of hands-on experience in semiconductor, capital equipment, or high-tech manufacturing.
Strong diagnostic abilities in mechanical/electrical troubleshooting and related processes.
Familiarity with data analysis tools or CAD software is advantageous.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment with good communication.

Responsibilities

Execute performance evaluations, design validation testing, and equipment characterization on advanced assembly systems.
Collaborate with R&D, process development, and field support teams to troubleshoot complex technical issues and refine system performance.
Prepare detailed technical documentation, evaluation reports, and SOPs for stakeholders.
Assist in SAT, FAT, and customer evaluation setups.
Provide technical feedback to product teams to improve manufacturability and serviceability.
