Job summary

A leading technology firm in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced Test Engineering Manager to develop product test plans and maintain the test environment for IoT products. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of relevant experience, a degree in Electronic Engineering, and be proficient in labVIEW and other test software. Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Putonghua is required. This role focuses on ensuring product quality for mass production.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of relevant working experience.
• Experience in R&D engineering is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work with R&D Engineering to develop product test plan.
• Work with New Product Introduction team to develop product test plan suitable for mass production.
• Set up test cases and test all aspects of product to ensure production quality.
• Cooperate with test engineers to develop test environment and testers suitable for mass production.
• Maintain and fine tune testers and test environment.
• Prepare test report and test results analysis.
• Provide feedback to QA and R&D engineering.

Skills

Hands-on experience in Digital, Analog, and RF hardware circuits development

Strong knowledge of electronic components characteristics

Good understanding of embedded system

Proficient in computer control software

Proficient in labVIEW and other test software

Familiar with measurement equipment

Fluent in English

Fluent in Cantonese

Fluent in Putonghua

Education

University Degree in Electronic Engineering or related disciplines
