Job summary

DBS Bank Ltd in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced Analytics professional to lead Gen AI and Agentic AI initiatives within Investment Product & Advisory. You will design, develop and deploy AI-enabled solutions to target affluent clients, driving customer targeting, cross-selling and portfolio growth.

The role requires at least 7 years in data science/advanced analytics in financial services, strong Python/PySpark expertise, and hands-on Gen AI deployment experience in production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Data Science, CS, Statistics, Analytics or AI.
• Minimum 7 years of hands-on data science and advanced analytics in financial services.
• Proven Gen AI/LLM/Agentic AI production experience.
• High proficiency in Python/PySpark; Cloud (GCP) expertise.
• Strong AI foundation: ML, NLP, deep learning, statistics.
• Experience with enterprise BI tools (Qlik Sense a plus).
• Domain knowledge of consumer investment products and advisory workflows.
• Track record of enabling tech-driven transformations and upskilling peers.
• Strong business acumen and ability to translate AI into value.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design, development, and deployment of Gen AI/Agentic AI apps for wealth management.
• Assist analytics roadmap and drive the team's modern DS capability shift.
• Partner with Product Heads to translate business challenges into data deliverables.
• Build, fine-tune, and evaluate LLMs and autonomous AI workflows.
• Develop ML solutions to enhance targeting, cross-selling, and portfolio growth.
• Work with regional teams to scale enterprise AI solutions.
• Ensure all models, workflows, and pipelines comply with governance and risk frameworks.
• Establish evaluation frameworks and monitoring for performance, safety, and impact.
• Champion MLOps and mentor team members to upskill.
