Job summary

DBS Bank is seeking an experienced analytics leader to drive data-driven strategies for the Investment Product & Advisory business in Hong Kong. You will lead a regional team delivering actionable insights and scalable data solutions, aligning with senior leadership on revenue and productivity goals.

The role requires deep domain knowledge of wealth management products, strong stakeholder engagement, and fluency in English and Cantonese.

Qualifications

Hands-on data analytics experience in financial services or wealth management.
Proficiency in Python/PySpark, BI tools, and cloud platforms.
Deep domain expertise in consumer investment products and advisory workflows.
Strong business acumen with ability to translate insights into revenue gains.
Fluency in English and Cantonese.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team of data professionals delivering actionable analytics to drive Investment Product & Advisory business for affluent clients.
Formulate data-driven strategies to accelerate Investment Product penetration and portfolio revenue.
Design and deliver data solutions to drive revenue, monitor risk, and identify cross-sell opportunities.
Lead collaboration with regional teams to deploy Generative AI solutions for Investment business (Advisory Co-pilot, Automated Sales Surveillance).
Partner with Product Heads and Advisory Sales Heads to align data priorities with business goals.
Ensure data operations, AI models, and regulatory reporting comply with governance and risk frameworks.
Translate quantitative insights into narratives for executives and senior leaders.
Champion adoption of latest analytics tools, AI capabilities, and cloud architecture.
