Job summary

DBS Bank in Hong Kong seeks an experienced Analytics professional to lead Generative AI and agentic AI initiatives within Corporate Banking. You will design, develop, and deploy GenAI solutions and collaborate with business stakeholders, data engineers, and product managers to integrate AI into production systems.

The role requires 8+ years in data science/ML/AI, expert Python/PySpark skills, and hands-on GenAI, LLMs, RAG, and cloud/big data experience.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics or related field.
• 8+ years of data science/ML/AI experience delivering enterprise initiatives.
• Expert in Python/PySpark and ML libraries (Pandas, NumPy, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
• Hands-on GenAI, LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, and agentic frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy GenAI and Agentic AI solutions for Corporate Banking.
• Lead end-to-end AI initiatives including eKYC automation and intelligent sales-support agents.
• Develop analytics models for risk screening and dynamic pricing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to productionize AI solutions.
• Establish frameworks for model development, evaluation, deployment.
• Pilot emerging AI technologies and methodologies.
