Qualifications

• 7+ years hands-on data science and advanced analytics experience in financial services, fintech, or wealth management.
• Proven hands-on experience in Gen AI/LLM frameworks in production environment.
• Fluency in English and Cantonese.
• Strong Python/PySpark and cloud computing (GCP strongly preferred).
• Knowledge of enterprise BI tools and data governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design, development, and deployment of Gen AI and Agentic AI applications for Investment Product & Advisory, targeting affluent customers.
• Assist Team Lead in analytics roadmap and drive the team’s capability shift toward modern DS practices.
• Partner with Product Heads and Advisory Sales Heads to translate business challenges into high-impact data deliverables.
• Build, fine-tune, and evaluate LLMs and autonomous AI agent workflows tailored to wealth management scenarios.
• Develop ML solutions to enhance customer targeting, cross-selling, and investment portfolio growth.
• Collaborate with Regional teams to implement and scale enterprise AI solutions.
• Ensure AI models, agentic workflows, and data pipelines comply with governance and risk frameworks.
• Establish evaluation frameworks and monitoring metrics for model performance, safety, and impact.
• Mentor team members and promote MLOps best practices.
