Job summary

OKX is seeking a senior growth leader to drive global growth and ecosystem development for DeFi-related and on-chain initiatives. You will work with Product, Business Development, Marketing, and Engineering across regions to identify opportunities and shape product expansion.

You will lead cross-functional initiatives, partner with external projects, and influence strategic growth in a dynamic crypto environment, including collaboration with global teams.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience across internet, FinTech, Crypto/Web3, or related industries.
• Strong understanding of DEXs, on-chain products, Web3 users, and public blockchain ecosystems.
• Experience across Growth, Product Operations, Trading Products, Ecosystem, or Business Development.
• Fluent English with ability to work with global teams and external partners.
• High ownership with the ability to independently lead complex global initiatives.

About the Team

You will join our global Web3 Growth Team and support theglobal growth and ecosystem development of DeFi-related and broader on-chain initiatives.

This is a global role working with Product, Business Development, Marketing, Engineering, and other teams across multiple countries and regions to develop product, user, and ecosystem opportunities.

Responsibilities will be carried out in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.

What You’ll Be Doing

Define and drive global growth and ecosystem strategies for DEX-related products and initiatives.

Develop a strong understanding of global Web3 users, on-chain product trends, and market dynamics to identify strategic growth opportunities.

Partner closely with Product teams to continuously improve product experience, user journeys, and product adoption.

Collaborate with global Business Development and Ecosystem teams to develop relationships with projects, technology partners, and other industry participants.

Support go-to-market and growth initiatives for strategic ecosystem projects, new products, and priority markets.

Combine user insights, industry trends, and data analysis to inform product and growth strategies.

Identify cross-product and cross-ecosystem opportunities that support the long-term development of the broader chain ecosystem.

Lead high-impact global, cross-functional initiatives and continuously improve execution and business outcomes.

Represent the team in relevant industry and ecosystem engagements and contribute to building a strong global partner network.

What We Look For In You

6+ years of experience across internet, FinTech, Crypto/Web3, or related industries.

Strong understanding of DEXs, on-chain products, Web3 users, and public blockchain ecosystems.

Relevant experience across Growth, Product Operations, Trading Products, Ecosystem, or Business Development.

Strong product growth mindset, with the ability to drive product adoption through user experience and market understanding.

Good knowledge of the global Web3 ecosystem and key industry participants, combined with strong partnership capabilities.

Strong analytical skills and commercial judgment.

Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

High ownership with the ability to independently lead complex global initiatives.

Comfortable operating in a highly dynamic industry and business environment.

Fluent English with the ability to work effectively with global teams and external partners.
