Job summary

OKX is seeking a senior Growth professional to drive global DeFi and ecosystem initiatives. You will collaborate with Product, Business Development, Marketing, and Engineering across regions to identify opportunities, build partnerships, and shape growth strategy.

Applicants should have 6+ years in internet/FinTech/Crypto, a strong Web3 product mindset, and proven cross-functional leadership. Global teamwork and a results-driven approach are required.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in internet, FinTech, Crypto/Web3, or related industries.
• Strong understanding of DeFi, Web3 products, and public blockchain ecosystems.
• Experience across Growth, Product Operations, Ecosystem, or Business Development.
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills.

About the Team

You will join our global Web3 Growth Team and support the global growth and ecosystem development of DeFi-related and broader on-chain initiatives.

This is a global role working with Product, Business Development, Marketing, Engineering, and other teams across multiple countries and regions to develop product, user, and ecosystem opportunities.

Responsibilities will be carried out in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.

What You’ll Be Doing

Define and drive global growth strategies for DeFi-related products and ecosystem initiatives.

Develop a deep understanding of Web3 users, products, and ecosystem trends and identify opportunities to support adoption and ecosystem development.

Partner with global Product, Engineering, Business Development, Marketing, and other teams to drive strategic product and ecosystem initiatives.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with relevant protocols, projects, technology teams, and ecosystem partners.

Provide industry and user insights to inform product positioning, user experience, go-to-market, and ecosystem strategies.

Support global ecosystem initiatives, partnership programs, and go-to-market projects.

Stay ahead of developments across DeFi and the broader Web3 industry and translate emerging trends into relevant growth opportunities.

Use data, user feedback, and market insights to evaluate and continuously improve growth strategies.

Independently lead high-impact global and cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution.

What We Look For In You

6+ years of experience across internet, FinTech, Crypto/Web3, or related industries.

Strong understanding of DeFi, Web3 products, and public blockchain ecosystems, supported by relevant industry experience.

Experience across Growth, Product Operations, Ecosystem, Business Development, or related functions.

Strong product mindset, with the ability to understand user needs and partner effectively with Product teams on growth opportunities.

Strong familiarity with the global Web3 ecosystem and the ability to build effective relationships with projects and industry partners.

Strong analytical and structured problem‑solving capabilities.

Excellent cross‑functional communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to independently drive complex initiatives in a fast‑moving, cross‑regional environment.

Fluent English with the ability to collaborate effectively with global teams and partners.
