Job summary

OKX is seeking a senior growth-focused professional to drive global growth strategies for DeFi and on-chain ecosystems. You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Biz Dev teams across regions to advance products, users, and partnerships.

Ideal candidates bring 6+ years in internet/FinTech/Crypto, strong DeFi/Web3 knowledge, and excellent analytical, stakeholder, and English-language skills for global coordination.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience across internet, FinTech, Crypto/Web3, or related industries.
• Strong understanding of DeFi, Web3 products, and public blockchain ecosystems.
• Experience across Growth, Product Operations, Ecosystem, Business Development, or related functions.
• Strong product mindset, with the ability to understand user needs and partner with Product teams.
• Strong familiarity with the global Web3 ecosystem and ability to build relationships with projects.

About the Team

You will join our global Web3 Growth Team and support the global growth and ecosystem development of DeFi-related and broader on-chain initiatives .

This is a global role working with Product, Business Development, Marketing, Engineering, and other teams across multiple countries and regions to develop product, user, and ecosystem opportunities.
