Qualifications

• Proven experience as Commercial Manager/Lead in main contracting.
• Strong background delivering housing or ASD/community projects.
• Understanding of contracts, commercial management and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Lead all commercial and contractual activities across project.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, cash flow and cost reporting.
• Oversee procurement strategies and subcontractor package management.
• Prepare, negotiate and administer contracts and sub‑contracts.
• Manage valuations, applications for payment, variations and final accounts.
• Identify, assess and mitigate commercial risks and opportunities.
• Build and maintain client and stakeholder relationships.
